PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS Social Contest Zazu Villas

 

· These Promotional Terms and Conditions apply to the competition 'win a weekend to zazu villas', organized by ZAZU VILLAS. 

The Promotion is a one-time competition. By participating in the Promotion, participants declare that they have taken note of and agree to these terms and conditions (hereinafter: “Promotion Terms and Conditions”).

· The law applies to the Promotion and these Promotion Conditions. Complaints about the Promotion can be submitted to ZAZU VILLAS via email address: info@zazuvillas.com. 

THE ACTION

· From May 27 to June 2, 11:59 PM, you can participate in the promotion to win 3 nights in a holiday villa at Zazu Villas. The villa is Villa serenity or villa azure (based on availability) and the dates can be chosen by the winner. May 2-3-4-5 or May 9-10-11-12. Worth €2195,00 or less.

 

· A competition is being organized on @Zazuvillas' Instagram where followers can win a holiday for up to 6 people. 

· For a chance to win, describe in the comments who you would like to go with. All you have to do is tag the person you want to bring and follow @zazuvillas.

· Your Instagram page must be set to public to participate.

· The winner will be announced within one day after the competition ends. The winner will be contacted by private message. And the winner is chosen publicly

· There is one winner on Instagram.

· Participants under the age of 28 cannot participate in this promotion. 

· By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to the Promotion Terms and Conditions and the resulting rights and obligations.

 

THE WINNERS

· A winner is a Participant who meets the conditions for participation and in the opinion of the independent jury within ZAZU VILLAS.

· The Winner will be contacted by private message on their social media account within one week of the end of the competition.

· If the Winner fails to act within 2 days time period, the Prize will be forfeited and a new Winner will be selected in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

· If the Winner cannot or does not want to use the Prize, the right to the prize will lapse.

· No correspondence will be entered into with other Participants and/or third parties about the choice selection, winner or prize.

· The winner can only win once.

· The winner will be asked to write a review 

 

THE PRICE

· The main prize is a weekend in Villa serenity or villa azure for 6 people worth a maximum of €2195.00 or less  in one of the 2 specified weekends. 

 

The price does not include travel costs, travel insurance, tourist tax and deposit. Excl. all on-site costs and other costs not described in 'The Prize' are for the winner.

· The prize is personal and cannot therefore be passed on or transferred to a third person; it cannot be exchanged for cash.

· No rights can be derived from redeeming the Prize.

· The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.

· No correspondence can be entered into regarding the outcome and awarding of the Prize or the redemption of the Prize.

· The price is for a stay of up to 6 people, additional people are possible at an additional cost

· The house rules must be observed, it is not possible to redeem the prize for groups of friends and/or parties. These are not allowed.

· The winner must be at least 28 years old. no friendgroups allowed

· The price does not include tourist tax of €1.00 per person per night from 16 years. 

· The winner must sign a rental contract prior to stay in which he/she agrees to the house rules of the villa. 

· The winner will be asked to write a review

· The deposit is €1000.00 and must be transferred. This will be refunded within 7 days after departure. 

· The price is excl. additional extra's. But the winner can book them additional to their stay. this is not required.

 

 

PRIVACY

· Any personal data collected from Participants may be included by ZAZU VILLAS in their customer database solely for the purpose of the Promotion and will not be provided to partners or third parties. The personal data can be used to implement the Promotion and announce the winner. ZAZU VILLAS will treat any collected personal data confidentially.

· The privacy policy of the relevant platform applies to the use of Instagram by the Participant.

OTHER

· ZAZU VILLAS cannot be held responsible for any damage, costs or charges whatsoever resulting from participation in the Promotion, the awarding of the Prize, the receipt of the Prize or the use thereof, except in the case of intent or gross negligence on the part of ZAZU VILLAS.

· Reimbursement(s) under Regulation 261/2004 are excluded if it concerns travel that is part of the Prize.

· ZAZU VILLAS reserves the right to exclude from participation any entries that appear to it to be fraudulent or unlawful.

· Entries judged to be immoral, obscene, blasphemous or not in line with the ZAZU VILLAS image and campaign will be rejected.
